Wow, there's really no way to even begin to describe this dress made by Matias Kirschenbaum. It's basically a chair that you pump with your feet, which makes you walk and look like a douchebag penguin. The best part about it though, is the fact that it doesn't even work. Who the hell makes a chair you can sit on for 4 seconds?
